It all depends on your needs
The hotel's location is stellar, surrounded by fantastic food choices. The public bath on the top floor offers a relaxing escape after exploring the vibrant streets.
Expect limited variety at breakfast. the same dishes repeated for four days can be monotonous. Also, a late checkout incurs additional fees.

Excellent service by kind, friendly, and beautiful staff! They took the time to help me with my luggage transfer to the airport and always maintained their professional smiles. I enjoyed the public bath on the top floor. it was well-maintained and clean, with many brands of shampoo offered for guests. The room had a good size compared to typical hotel rooms in Japan. However, the mattress was too soft for my liking, and the pillows were too low. The self-check-in kiosk could be improved, as it felt inefficient. Additionally, the laundry area had only a few machines, leading to some guests not picking up their clothes promptly. Although the location was convenient, surrounding nightclubs may not appeal to everyone.

It was just a prime choice for a short stint in Fukuoka with fantastic value for money. The room I stayed in was well-maintained and pleasantly spacious for its value. Keep in mind that parking can be tricky, so it’s good to ask for help at the front desk.

The location is fantastic, situated in a vibrant area with plenty of dining and nightlife options, making it easy to explore Fukuoka.
The public bath was quite cramped, and during my visit, it felt overcrowded with no clear management of the changing area.

convenient location, clean facilities, public bath feature
The public bath area is overly cramped!!! Evening crowds make for an uncomfortable experience, and the cost doesn't align with what feels like a basic business hotel!!! A redesign of the changing room layout is essential!!!

The hotel provides a warm atmosphere with larger-than-average rooms and fantastic water pressure in the shower. Staff are courteous and helpful, though the check-in process occasionally felt sluggish. Close proximity to eateries and a modern public bath on the top floor enhances the experience.

It was just a great fit for a short stint in Fukuoka with decent value for money. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and gave me a good night's sleep. Pack some snacks since the nearby food options might be limited late at night.
